What You’ll Do:
Join our production team to keep materials and products moving efficiently. You’ll play a vital role in organizing inventory, coordinating shipments, and supporting our sign fabrication and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and log incoming deliveries
Prepare and package outgoing shipments
Maintain warehouse organization and inventory records
Operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided)
Assist with general production support as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a creative thinker with strong communication skills to help promote the Clifford Signs brand. As a Marketing Associate, you’ll assist with campaigns, social media, and customer outreach to grow our presence both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
Support digital marketing efforts (social media, email, website updates)
Create and manage marketing content and materials
Coordinate promotional campaigns and events
Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Collaborate with design and sales teams
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or relevant experience)
Proficiency with social media platforms and basic design tools
Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills

What You’ll Do:
As a Sign Finisher, you’ll be responsible for the final touches that bring our signs to life. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and the ability to work with a variety of materials and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply vinyl, paint, and protective coatings
Sand, clean, and prep sign surfaces
Assemble frames and structural components
Conduct quality checks and assist with packaging
Maintain tools and workstations
Qualifications:
Experience in finishing, fabrication, or a similar trade preferred
Strong manual dexterity and eye for detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with hand and power tools
