What You’ll Do:
As a Sign Finisher, you’ll be responsible for the final touches that bring our signs to life. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and the ability to work with a variety of materials and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply vinyl, paint, and protective coatings
Sand, clean, and prep sign surfaces
Assemble frames and structural components
Conduct quality checks and assist with packaging
Maintain tools and workstations
Qualifications:
Experience in finishing, fabrication, or a similar trade preferred
Strong manual dexterity and eye for detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with hand and power tools

What You’ll Do:
As a Vinyl Installer, you’ll be responsible for the accurate installation, removal, and finishing of vinyl materials across a variety of surfaces. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and the ability to work with a variety of materials and tools. Work may include signage, vehicle wraps, wall graphics, window film, flooring or other vinyl applications depending on the organization’s scope.

What You’ll Do:
As a Graphic Designer on our team, you will be responsible for bringing client visions to life across a wide variety of physical media. Your daily work will involve conceptualizing and executing high-impact designs for custom signs, banners, and large-format displays, as well as developing complex vehicle wrap layouts. Beyond the screen, you’ll collaborate with our production and installation teams to ensure your designs translate seamlessly from the digital canvas to the final physical product.
Requirements
Industry Experience: Proven background in professional graphic design, specifically within the sign and wrap industry.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous sign and vehicle wrap projects is required for consideration.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop are essential).
Drive: Self-motivated with a strong “ownership” mentality and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
